Ideas
- What we learned from 100 customer calls
- Our pricing page, before and after
- Three tools I use every day
Voice
- Short sentences. One idea per post.
- Show the work: a screenshot or a number beats an adjective.
- End with a question, not a sales pitch.
The note after a few days of talking to your AI. Tinted lines are what it added, the way Amber Notes shows an AI's changes, with Undo and the earlier version kept in the note's history.
What the prompt does
Your AI creates a note called “Content calendar” in your Work folder, or finds the one you already have, and learns how to keep it. What's going out, where and when, plus a bank of ideas so you never start from a blank page.
Paste it once into a chat in ChatGPT or Claude with Amber Notes turned on, or into Claude Code.
Then just talk to it
- Idea: what we learned from 100 customer calls.
- Plan the next two weeks: two LinkedIn posts and one newsletter.
- What's scheduled for this week?
Show the full prompt
First, look for a note called "Content calendar" in my Amber Notes with search_notes. If there isn't one, create it with create_note in the folder "Work", using exactly the markdown at the end of this message, the <!-- pane-table --> line included (it gives the table's columns their types).
Then: Use my Amber Notes note "Content calendar". When I have an idea, add it under "Ideas" as a bullet with append_to_note. When I ask you to plan the next two weeks, pick ideas from "Ideas" and add a row per post with log_table_row: Publish on as a date, a working Title, the Channel and Status Drafting. Write drafts in the tone described under "Voice". When I say a post went out, set its Status to Published with edit_note.
```markdown Content calendar What's going out, where and when, plus a bank of ideas so you never start from a blank page. <!-- pane-table: Publish on=text; Title=text; Channel=choice Blog|Newsletter|LinkedIn|Instagram|YouTube; Status=choice Idea|Drafting|Scheduled|Published --> | Publish on | Title | Channel | Status | | --- | --- | --- | --- | ## Ideas ## Voice - Short sentences. The note you start with
This is what the prompt creates in Amber Notes: an ordinary note with the headings and the table ready. Your AI fills it in from there, and you can still edit every line yourself.
